Description

Kalemouth Suspension Bridge is a suspension bridge built around 1830 by Captain Samuel Brown, a Royal Navy engineer. The bridge measures 180 feet in length and 16 feet in width, featuring iron rod suspenders that are alternately fastened to the centers of chain-links. It has a wooden deck and wooden railings. At each end of the bridge, there are two stone pylons, with the eastern pylons displaying defaced panels.
