Description
Pitkeathly Wells is a late 18th century former hotel that was reportedly three storeys with an attic until about 40 years ago. The building is now two storeys high and features three windows. It has a harled exterior with margins and a piend roof. The entrance includes an arched doorpiece with a keystone and an ogee traceried fanlight, which is now located within a conservatory. The building has been re-categorised from Grade B to Grade C(S) for its group interest in 2006, and the listing applies to both the interior and exterior as appropriate for the building type.
