1-4 Low's Work Cottages, located in Huntingtower Bleachfield, were built in the 1850s as high-quality housing for bleachfield workers. The cottages consist of two blocks: one single-storey block (numbers 1-4) and one two-storey block (numbers 5-8). They are constructed from snecked, stugged rubble and feature barge-boarded gables, dormers, and porches.
