Description
The Walled Garden and Adam Monument at Blair Adam were laid out between 1755 and 1761 by John Adam. The garden features a regular northern part enclosed by a high wall on three sides. The Gardener's House is two storeys high and harled, with a blind Venetian doorway and a pyramidal roof. The structure known as "The Temple" has a Doric entrance leading to a shed on the eastern wall. The southern part of the garden is irregularly shaped. There is a south gate with rusticated piers and a sundial located in the center of the garden.
