Description
4 Mansfield Place, located on Isla Road in Perth, is a building dating from around 1840. It features a symmetrical design constructed from ashlar stone and consists of two storeys plus an attic. The façade has eight windows with a pedimented top, and there are two central windows framed by Roman Doric columns at the paired doorways. The ground floor has pilastered windows set within a channelled finish, while the first floor showcases lugged shouldered architraves. The building is topped with a main cornice and a blocking course, and it includes four dormers on a slated roof. Surrounding the property are rubble garden walls.
