11 Station Crescent, Invergowrie

13 Station Crescent in Invergowrie is a single-storey and attic, rectangular-plan, late Arts and Crafts cottage-style, semi-detached pair of villas designed by William Gauldie in 1912. The building features harled walls, a grey slate roof, and a red brick base course. It has canted window aprons and cills, a harled stack with brick coping, and some original black cans. The windows are timber casement types, with 6- and 8-pane configurations, and there are stepped ventilation apertures to the roof space.

On the north elevation, there are paired canted windows at the center, flanked by doors and buttresses at the angles. The center has paired gable dormers with tripartite horizontal windows, and there is a central ridge stack. The east gable has a lean-to on the left, with two windows to the right, including a 3-light and a bipartite window in the attic. The west gable mirrors the east gable but in reverse order. The south elevation was not seen. The interior was also not seen.
