Description
Derculich House is a Georgian building that has been harled and consists of two to three storeys, adapting to the fall of the ground. It features a four-storey section with three-eighths of a bay on the south side. During the mid-Victorian period, four circular corner towers were added. An addition to the south saw two of these corner towers taken down and rebuilt at the corners of the new section. The house underwent general remodelling in a super baronial style, incorporating details from the architectural practices of Burnet and Campbell, as well as Gillespie and Scott from St. Andrews, around the year 1930.
