Description

North Block of Newton Pitcairns School, dated 1839, is designed in a cottage style featuring broad eaves and octagonal chimneys. The building has lattice glazing and is a single-storey structure made of snecked rubble. The schoolhouse has been stuccoed and has suffered from later additions that have altered its original appearance.
