This is a mid 19th century Tudor-style house, built from brick with stone dressings. It is a single-storey and attic L-plan structure featuring lattice glazing. The building was re-categorised from grade B to grade C(S) in 2006, reflecting its group interest. The listing covers both the interior and exterior of the building, as is appropriate for this type of structure.
