47 and 49 South Street in Perth, built around 1835, is a three-storey building with an attic and eight windows, featuring tripartite windows at number 47. The exterior is made of ashlar stone, with stucco applied at number 43. The ground floor consists of shops, and there are decorative consoles and a cornice at number 51. The building has a main cornice and a blocking course, with piended dormers and a slated roof.
