St James's Episcopal Church in Muthill is a Gothic-style church built in 1836 by the architects R. & R. Dickson. The church has a cruciform shape and features a later apse added in 1904, along with a northern porch. It is constructed of rubble and does not have aisles. At the west end, there is a square bellcote topped with a shafted octagonal pinnacle. The interior is simple, highlighted by a slightly pointed ceiling.
