Description
The County Buildings at 21, 23, and 25 High Street in Kinross were built in 1826 and are a Georgian-style, two-storey structure. The front is made of symmetrical ashlar and features five bays, with the end bays set forward. There are engaged Doric columns flanking the central doorway, and the building has a slated roof. The interior once housed a prison, which was closed in 1878.
