Description

The gates at Dunkeld Cathedral are made of wrought iron and are likely from the mid-18th century. They feature the Atholl Coronet and a cipher. These gates were erected at the Cathedral gate around 1832, following the demolition of Dunkeld House, the abandonment of Dunkeld Palace, and the adaptation of St. Adammans, which has since been demolished, located to the south of the Cathedral.
