Description

3-4 Balfour Village in Shapinsay is a mid 19th century, two-storey, three-bay house. It is constructed of roughly coursed rubble with a harled gable end. The entrance elevation features a central door flanked by one window on the right and one window in each upper outer bay. On the elevation facing the Green, there are two windows symmetrically placed in each storey. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
