Description
117 Seatown in Cullen is a later 19th century house, likely incorporating an earlier core. It is a single-storey structure with an attic and features three bays. The exterior is finished in dry dashed rubble with contrasting painted margins. The central entrance is flanked by bipartite windows, and there are canted wallhead dormers in the outer bays. A small loft window is located in the north gable. The house has 2-pane glazing, coped end stacks, and a slate roof.
