3 Hepworth Lane in Forres is an early 19th-century house that stands two stories tall and features three bays with a central door. The exterior is harled with contrasting painted margins. It has two gable dormer heads and four-pane glazing. The eaves course is blocked, and the roof is made of West Highland slate.
