Description

4 Bank Lane in Elgin is an earlier 19th century house that stands two stories high with an attic and features three bays. The house has paired centre doors, with the right-hand bay being bowed to provide a view up Bank Lane towards High Street. There is a blocked door in the bow. The building is constructed of rubble with tooled dressings and has varied glazing. It also includes two modern flat-roofed dormers and panelled stacks, topped with a West Highland slate roof.
