Late 19th century. Single storey and attic, W facing 3-bay

house. Rubble frontage, harled flanks, contrasting painted

concrete dressings. Centre corniced entrance with panelled

door; canted wallhead dormers in outer bays; 4-pane glazing.

Coped end stacks; slate roof.

Rear external staircase.
