Description
St George's North Church, located in George Square, Greenock, is a large building constructed in the Renaissance style using ashlar stone. It features a prominent round-arched entrance and a tall stone steeple topped with an open crown. The ground floor is treated with channeling. The church was designed by the architectural firm Salmon Son and Ritchie and completed in 1870.
