It stands three storeys tall and has a three-bay centre where the first and second floors are recessed, showcasing a giant Ionic distyle in antis order. The centre is connected by slightly recessed narrow bays that are one window wide to broader end bays, which also have first-floor windows with consoled cornices and panelled aprons. The ground floor is arcaded at the centre, with modern shopfronts at the ends. The building is topped with a cornice and a blocking course.
