Description
Moy Hall is a cottage built around 1880. It is a single-storey and attic structure with an asymmetrical design and two bays. The cottage is constructed from rubble and features steep-pitched slated roofs with timber-bracketed overhanging eaves.
On the southeast elevation, there is a full-height gabled bay on the left and a single-storey gabled entrance porch on the right. The porch has an arched and chambered entrance, along with a boarded door that includes decorative wrought-iron hinges. The attic windows are topped with straight-sided pointed arched lintels. The cottage has end stacks and a single-storey piend-roofed rear wing, which is likely a later addition. The windows are timber sash and case with plate-glass glazing, proportioned one-third above to two-thirds below.
