St Anns, Church Street, Cromarty

The building is a former bakehouse located on Church Street in Cromarty, dating from around 1800. It is constructed of cherry-pointed ashlar and stands three storeys tall with three bays. The central entrance features a door with a fanlight above it. Attached to the west gable is a low, two-storey wing made of rubble, likely built in the early 19th century. The roofs are slated, and there is a modern flat-roofed extension at the rear. The original windows maintain a 12-pane glazing pattern.

The bakehouse, which was situated in the garden, has been converted into a garage. The property is enclosed by a dwarf front garden wall with railings and square plan pyramidal-coped ashlar gatepiers, while the rest of the garden wall is made of rubble.
