Description
3 Huntly Place in Inverness is a building dating from 1818, constructed of rubble with ashlar dressings. It has two storeys and an attic. Originally, it featured a symmetrical three-bay front, but the door has since been relocated to the south. The outer windows are tripartite, and the doorpiece is adorned with a dentilled cornice. There are two bipartite piended dormers, and cill courses are present at both the ground and first floors. The roof is slated, and there is a wide stone platt leading to the main door.
