Description
Reayburn House in Reay is an early to mid-19th century building that originally comprised a range of three houses, which have now been combined into one dwelling. The structure is set on a gentle slope from west to east, featuring a stepped roof line. It includes one single-storey, three-bay house and two two-storey houses, with the central house having three bays and the eastern house having two bays. The building is constructed of rubble with rubble dressings, and each three-bay house has central doors. The windows primarily feature 12-pane glazing, and there are broad corniced end stacks. The roofs are covered with Caithness slate.
