24 St Vincent Crescent, Glasgow

25 St Vincent Crescent in Glasgow is a three-storey classical tenement designed by Alexander Kirkland around 1855. The building features a long, serpentine range that is interrupted between Nos 22 and 24. The exterior is finished in polished ashlar, with a channelled ground floor. It has projecting Roman Doric pilastered doorpieces that are connected to a cornice at the ground floor. At the western end, there are Doric square pillared porticos with responds. The ground floor cornice also serves as a cill band for the first floor windows. The sash and case windows are set within architraves, predominantly featuring 12-pane glazing, and the first floor windows are corniced. The building has an eaves cornice and a balustraded die parapet. The design extends into No 21 Corunna Street.
