Description

27 Moray Place in Glasgow is a later 19th-century terrace, consisting of numbers 27 to 32. The building features two storeys above a basement and is designed in a simplified classical style. It is flanked by advanced gabled ends with bay windows, showcasing elements of the Scottish Renaissance style. The masonry treatment varies; numbers 28 to 32 are made of polished ashlar with a channelled first storey, while numbers 27, 33 Moray Place, and 57 Marywood Square are constructed from stugged ashlar. Numbers 28, 31, and 32 are painted. The roofs are slated.
