Description

24 Moray Place is a two-storey terrace building constructed around 1872 in the late Georgian style. It features a prominent bow at each end and is built from stone-cleaned ashlar, with the ground floor channelled. The first-floor windows are recessed between flat pilasters, and there is a Greek key ornamentation between the floors. The building has a deep entablature and sash windows with a four-pane glazing pattern. It also includes chimney stacks and slate roofs. The return elevations replicate the detailing found on the main facade.
