Description

  1. Corner block: 1854 fitting shop, rebuilt as a paintmill

dated 1866, additions 1907 by R Thomson. 3-storey, 10-by

4-bay ashlar corner building. Margined windows. Band course

over 1st floor marks original roof line. 2nd floor added

1907, stone front, brick rear.

Interior: mainly modernised.

  1. Cook Street: 1850s with 1907 additions. 2-storey 10-bay

ashlar front with crowstepped gablet, fronting cooperage,

dining room, offices and linoleum-lined vestibule.
