41 Athole Gardens in Glasgow is a terrace of tenement buildings dating from around 1880. It stands three storeys tall with an attic and basement, featuring 19 bays arranged in a pattern of 4-12-3, with two-bay houses. The exterior is finished in polished ashlar stone, most of which has been cleaned.

On the left side, there are steps that extend over the basement leading to a wide doorpiece with a consoled cornice. To the right, there is a two-storey corniced canted window. On the second floor, there is a bipartite window to the right and a single window to the left. The windows are sash style with plate glass glazing. A string course runs along the eaves, topped with a dentil and mutule cornice. The roofs are covered with slate and feature axial stacks.

The flanks of the building are four bays wide and are similarly detailed, with either bipartite or single light windows. There are steps leading to a single-storey projecting porch with a corniced design and a consoled doorway.

The property is enhanced by decorative scrolled cast-iron railings leading to the steps and basement, along with square corniced ashlar gatepiers.
