Description
165 Kenmure Street is a three-storey tenement building from the later 19th century. It features a symmetrical design with four bays, where the outer bays have full-height canted windows, while the rest have mostly paired windows above a channelled ground floor. The exterior is finished in stone-cleaned ashlar with plate glass sashes and shouldered lights on the first floor. There are string courses and disc details between the upper floors, along with bracketed eaves. The roof is slate and includes some dormers.
