It is a two-storey row that curves at the southern end, with loft windows that all have gabled heads. A distinctive aspect of the design is the staircase, which is recessed in open areas beneath the main roof, allowing for an unobstructed narrow lane. The building was constructed in two main stages, as can be seen on the rear wall, with the northern part likely being an addition. The front has undergone some modern rebuilding at the north end, but this work has maintained the original proportions. The south end showcases polychrome brick, while the original slate roof has been painted in parts and replaced with modern concrete roof tiles. The windows on the first floor are mostly single sashes, and at the southern tip, there is a large ground floor opening with a loft door above that includes a hoist.
