13 Mirrlees Drive, Glasgow

3 Mirrlees Drive in Glasgow is a symmetrical terrace of six 2-bay houses designed by architect John A Campbell around 1906. The houses are arranged in pairs of four bays and feature rock-faced masonry with polished margins, quoins, and a base course. Each four-bay elevation has full-height canted windows in the outer bays, which are connected by an ashlar balcony supported on ashlar corbels. The parapet is solid above the door and balustraded elsewhere.

There are steps leading to a roll-moulded lugged architraved doorway with a keystone. The double-leaf outer doors open into a tripartite vestibule that includes an arched leaded fanlight and panels. Between the doors are small roll-moulded lights, and above the doors are single light windows with polished margins. The houses have sash windows with plate glass lower sashes and small pane upper sashes. Additional architectural details include a mutule cornice, wide mutule eaves, tall axial stacks, plain skews, and slate roofs. The flanks are finished in stugged ashlar, and all houses have 2-storey projecting wings at the rear.
