3 Bank Street, Glasgow

11 Bank Street in Glasgow is a terrace of 12 houses built around 1863. The buildings are two storeys high with a basement and feature two bays for each house. There are shallow, advanced four-bay terminal pavilions at either end of the terrace. The exterior is finished in polished ashlar stone, which is channelled at the ground level and mostly painted.

The entrance steps lead down to shallow pilaster doorpieces, with doors that have pilastered reveals and fanlights; the pavilions have paired doorpieces. The ground floor windows are tripartite, while the first-floor windows alternate between tripartite and single light. All windows are sash with plate glass glazing. A continuous band course runs above the ground floor, complemented by an eaves cornice, a blocking course, and a deep plain parapet at the pavilions. The houses have axial stacks with stone octagonal flues and slate roofs.

It is noted that at No. 27, the door has been converted into a window and the steps have been removed.
