61, 63 West Prince's Street, Glasgow

73-79 West Prince's Street in Glasgow is a B-listed building designed by architect John Bryce between 1850 and 1852. This is an astylar two-storey terrace consisting of three-bay houses and five or six-bay three-storey pavilions, which include attics and a basement. The ground floor is channelled and finished in painted ashlar. The steps leading to the entrances oversail the basement and feature Roman Doric pilaster doorpieces, with tripartite doors that have pilastered jambs and sidelights.

Number 91 has a six-bay pavilion with paired pilaster porches and doors that have pilastered reveals. Number 127 features a five-bay pavilion with a Roman Doric columnar porch. All upper windows are architraved and the pavilions have pediments above the first floor. The sash windows include plate glass glazing, with some pavilions featuring 12-pane glazing. There is a continuous band course above the ground floor and between the first and second floors of the pavilions. The building has a plain main cornice, an incomplete pierced roof balustrade, and a deep plain parapet at the pavilions. It is topped with axial stacks and slate roofs, and there are cast-iron railings surrounding the basement area and steps.

The former elevation to 70 Ashley Street was demolished in 1995.
