Description

14 South Street in St Andrews is a late 18th century building that stands three stories tall with an attic and features three windows. The structure is made of rubble with margins and has a slated roof. At the back, there is a wing that includes a doorpiece framed by a pedimented Gibbs surround and a well-crafted rectangular fanlight. The building also has two swept dormers.
