Description

2 Sunnybraes in Boarhills consists of two houses. The west house, which is derelict, is dated 1751 at its lintel. The east house is a later 1751 construction, featuring two storeys with harled walls and margins, a pantiled roof, and uneven window arrangements. It has a crowstepped gable. The derelict east house is also two storeys and has three windows, with the outer windows being bipartite. The front is slated, while the back is pantiled.
