Description

Anstruther Easter Harbour was built between 1866 and 1877 by D Alan Stevenson and Sir John Hawkshaw. The harbour features coursed masonry and concrete, but it also includes sections of the old harbour, particularly at the northwest pier, which has old vertically coursed masonry on its outer face. The harbour is tidal.
