31 High Street East in Anstruther Easter is an early 19th century building that stands two stories tall and features two windows. The exterior is made of rubble with painted margins and dressings, and it has a slated roof. The ground floor has a modern stuccoed shop front. At the back, there are harled and pantiled wings that lead to Old Post Office Close and Wightman's Wynd.
