Description

Orchard House is a late 18th-century building located at 39 High Street in Auchtermuchty. It is two stories tall and features three windows. The exterior is made of painted rubble with painted margins and has a crowstepped gable at the back, topped with a slate roof. There is a cottage that is now part of Orchard House, positioned at right angles to the main structure, as well as a roofless cottage on the south side. An inscribed lintel on the building reads "IF KT 1657."
