7 and 9 St Catherine Street in Cupar is a three-storey building constructed around 1817, attributed to Robert Hutchison. The exterior is finished in painted ashlar and features four windows, with a later addition of a bay window on the first floor. The ground floor includes shops, and the building is topped with a slated roof.
