Description

The Town Hall, located at 5 St Catherine Street in Cupar, was designed by Robert Hutchison and built between 1815 and 1817. This three-storey building features a classic design without decorative columns, and it has a bow front facing Crossgate, topped with a dome and a clock cupola. The entrance is marked by a doorpiece with Roman Doric columns, and the exterior is finished in painted ashlar. The ground floor has been modernised for shops, while the council chamber is situated above.
