Lea-Rig, 3 Station Wynd, Lower Largo

This is a mid-18th century building, located at 3 Station Wynd, Lower Largo, with later alterations. Originally a three-bay structure, it was later expanded to include two additional bays on the eastern side, now addressed as 3 Lea-Rig. The exterior is harled with painted margins and quoins. A slightly projecting central bay features an entrance, and there are two windows in the west gable end. A single-storey, three-bay rear wing extends from the main building. The original roofs were pantiled, and the roof of 3 Lea-Rig is now slate. Outbuildings adjoin the eastern side. The building forms part of a group of buildings of group value with Bridend House and the Railway Viaduct. The statutory address is Lower Largo 1 (The Railway Inn) and 3 (Lea-Rig) Station Wynd.
