5 The Cross in Cupar is an early 19th-century building featuring a simple three-storey façade with three windows, constructed from ashlar stone and topped with a slated roof. The ground floor is occupied by a bank. At the back of the property, there is a two to three-storey structure from the 17th and 18th centuries, which is harled and has margins.
