Description

Middle Weavers' Cottage is a row of single-storey weavers' houses and a shed, located on Sharp's Close in Falkland. The buildings date from the 18th and 19th centuries and were partly restored between 1970 and 1971. They are constructed from rubble and pantiles, with a harled gable facing Brunton Street. Notably, there is an inset stone that is dated 1659. The structures are stepped to follow the slope of the cobbled close.
