Description
22 Campie Road in Musselburgh is a two-storey terrace building dating from around 1910, designed by William Constable. The terrace features a canted bay at the south end leading to No 32, with alternating paired doors and two gabled bays, although No 32 has a different door and a bipartite window. The building is constructed of red ashlar with a brick return wall and large gabled rear wings. It has two-leaf panelled doors, and all windows have plate glass lower sashes, originally with multipane upper sections. The gables are adorned with timber king-post details and pierced barge-boards. The roofs are covered with slate and red ridge tiles. The elevation facing No 66 West Holmes Gardens consists of a series of set-back brick faces.
