58 Maxwell Avenue in Westerton, Bearsden is a four-house block built between 1913 and 1915, designed by J A W Grant with Raymond Unwin as a consultant. This building showcases the English Arts and Crafts style. It features a harled exterior with outer gables and a single-storey central section. The main roof is red-tiled and sweeps over paired inner doors. The windows are small-paned, and there are flat-roofed dormers and porches on the flanks, with stacks positioned below the apex.
