Description
105 Maxwell Avenue is a four-house block built between 1913 and 1915, designed by J A W Grant with Raymond Unwin as a consultant. The building is two storeys high and features harled walls. It has outer gables and tripartite windows with small-paned upper sashes. The chimney stacks are positioned below the apex of the roof, which is covered with slate.
