3 East Links Place, Broughty Ferry, Dundee

2 East Links Place in Broughty Ferry, Dundee, is a mid-19th century two-storey terrace building attributed to James MacLaren. It features stugged snecked rubble with pink long and short margined quoins at the south gable, and part of the west elevation is harled. The building has painted door and window margins and a slate roof. Modern timber two-pane top-pivot windows are present throughout, with the first-floor windows being keystoned and segmentally-arched.

On the east elevation, there are five doors with fanlights and twelve windows at the ground floor, arranged asymmetrically, and twelve windows at the first floor with dormerheads that break the eaves. The building has six harled ridge stacks, which do not have cans.

The south gable features a window at the ground floor right and another window above it, with slightly overhanging eaves that have plain moulded bargeboards. The north gable has two small windows at the ground floor and one central window at the first floor, which was inserted later, all with brick surrounds; the eaves are at the south gable.
