Description
Morton Old Church and Churchyard is an irregularly shaped churchyard enclosure that features numerous stone monuments and fragments dating from the 17th to the 19th century. Among these is the north gable with a belfry from a church built around 1792. A stream runs through the enclosure at the eastern side. The walls of the enclosure are constructed from rubble with red ashlar coping. There is a gate located to the south, flanked by square gatepiers topped with pyramidal caps.
