Description
33-41 Dean Street and 1 Raeburn Street is a three-storey corner tenement block built in 1813. It features a symmetrical five-bay elevation facing Raeburn Street and ten bays along Dean Street. The building has rounded arched doorways adorned with cornices and fluted friezes. It is constructed from tooled ashlar and includes a base course as well as cill courses on the first and second floors. The windows are 12-pane timber sash and case style. The roofs are double pitched, covered with slate, and have gable stacks.
